Through the reliability test bench, the reliability tests under various complicated working conditions are simulated, and a large number of experimental data are obtained, which are continuously improved on the basis of the experiments.  

At present, it has more than 20 sets of various precision machine tools and testing equipment.  

The company has a total of 25 employees, 15 technical personnel above junior college, accounting for 60% of the total number of employees, including 10 r&d personnel, accounting for 40% of the total number of employees.  According to technical titles, there are 2 senior titles, 5 intermediate titles and 2 junior titles.
